This policy explains how World TV Channels (the website, referred to here as “the service”) handles information. We respect your privacy and have designed the service to collect as little data as practical.

1. Who controls the data

2. Data stored by the service

We do not require registration and do not store account data on our servers.

• Your chosen layout, last-watched channel, favorites and history are saved in your browser’s localStorage. They remain on your device.
• Your consent choice is stored under wtv-consent-v1 so we can remember whether you accepted optional analytics and advertising services.
• You can clear this information through your browser’s “Clear site data” controls. You can also reopen the consent banner with the Cookie settings button in the footer.

3. Third-party connections

The service connects to third parties for these purposes:

• Streaming TV channels — video streams come directly from the respective broadcasters. When you watch a channel, your IP address and technical request information may be visible to that broadcaster.
• Google Analytics — after you choose “Accept,” Google Analytics helps us understand pages viewed, approximate location, device type and general usage patterns. Analytics storage is denied by default.
• Advertising through Adsterra — after you choose “Accept,” the site may load display advertisements supplied through Adsterra and its advertising partners.
• Google Fonts — the site loads fonts from Google. Google may receive your IP address and browser request information when those fonts load.

4. Advertising

World TV Channels uses display advertising supplied through Adsterra. Advertising scripts are not loaded until you choose “Accept” in the consent banner. Depending on the ad campaign and your region, Adsterra and participating advertising partners may process information such as:

• IP address and approximate location;
• browser, device type, operating system and language;
• the page on which an ad was displayed;
• advertising identifiers, cookies or similar technologies;
• ad impressions, interactions and fraud-prevention signals.

This information may be used to deliver and measure advertisements, limit repetition, prevent invalid traffic and, where permitted by your consent and applicable law, personalise advertising.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The service uses the following categories:

• Necessary local storage — remembers your player, favorites, history, layout and consent choices.
• Analytics — Google Analytics storage is enabled only after you choose “Accept.”
• Advertising — Adsterra and advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies only after you choose “Accept.”

Choosing Necessary only prevents the site from loading the Adsterra ad scripts and keeps Google Analytics storage denied.

6. Legal basis and international processing

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the legal basis for optional analytics and advertising technologies is your consent. Necessary local storage is used to provide requested features and remember your privacy choice.

Some third-party providers or their partners may process information outside your country. Their own privacy notices describe the safeguards and locations involved in that processing.

7. Your GDPR rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may have the right to:

• access, correct or erase personal data;
• restrict or object to processing;
• receive portable data where applicable;
• withdraw consent at any time;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect account information from children. Adult channel listings and adult advertisements are not intentionally enabled, but live broadcaster content is outside our editorial control. Parental supervision is recommended.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Because third-party broadcasters, analytics providers and advertising providers process their own requests, we recommend reviewing their policies as well.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or its providers change. Material changes will be reflected by a new date at the top of this page.
