By using World TV Channels (the website, referred to here as “the service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the service.

1. The service is provided “as is”

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• all TV channels will always be available;
• streaming quality will be uninterrupted;
• the service will work without errors on every device;
• the channel catalogue will remain unchanged.

2. TV content

The service does not create, host or distribute TV content. The player carries only live streams that the respective broadcasters publish freely and officially on the open web, played directly from the broadcasters’ own servers. Channels without such a stream are covered only as editorial directory profiles. Our full selection policy and rights-holder contact procedure are described in the Content & Copyright Policy.

All rights to broadcast content belong to the respective channels and/or their licensors, not to us.

3. Responsibility for content

We are not responsible for content broadcast by channels accessible through the service, including its accuracy, legality, suitability or quality. Questions about a specific broadcast should be directed to that channel.

4. Age requirement

The service is intended for users aged 13 and over. Adult channel listings and adult advertising are not intentionally enabled, but live TV content is not controlled by us. Parental discretion is advised.

5. Termination and changes

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to:

• terminate access for a user who violates these terms;
• change the functionality or design of the service;
• discontinue the service entirely.

6. Advertising

The service is supported by display advertising supplied through Adsterra and its advertising partners. Optional advertising scripts are loaded only after you choose “Accept” in the site’s consent banner. We do not select or endorse the products advertised and cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability or suitability of third-party offers. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The name “World TV Channels”, the logo and the site design belong to the developers. Channel names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. We do not redistribute the content broadcast by the channels; streams come directly from broadcaster infrastructure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including loss of data, interruption of service or lost profits.

9. Third-party services and links

The service includes links to and integrations with third parties, including broadcasters, Google Analytics, Google Fonts, Adsterra and advertising partners. We are not responsible for their content, policies, security or practices.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected by a new date at the top of this page.
